Paul Hales manages an international practice focused on federal and state laws protecting patient and consumer health privacy in the United States. He is a graduate of Columbia University Law School, licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of The United States and a Senior Counselor of the Missouri Bar. Paul has handled complex civil litigation and appellate matters, served as outside counsel to public agencies, private businesses and non-profit organizations.
