Paul Eric Courtright
Paul's practice is focused on providing his clients with "good judgment" and Paul prides himself on working hard to see that his clients move towards fixing problems and preparing for a better future. Paul concentrates on matters involving business law, entertainment law, replevin law, real estate, landlord-tenant, probate, wills, estates, and trust law. Paul has been appointed several times by Florida Courts as personal representative and attorney ad litem in complex and sensitive litigation matters involving probate and wrongful death, as well as in representing unknown parties and historic landmarks in real estate foreclosure and eminent domain cases. Additionally, Paul has helped and guided numerous people who face criminal charges after making a mistake. Paul has been able to get his client's criminal charges reduced, dropped, or the sentences mitigated. Paul can help the client get the guidance they need to address particular substance abuse problems so the client doesn't wind up in trouble again. He has handled Felony and Misdemeanor charges including DUI, sex crimes, drug charges, domestic violence, theft, false imprisonment, kidnapping, suspended licenses, battery, and many other crimes. Paul is an avid skiier and an active Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 641 in Maitland, Florida.
