Specifically, wage and overtime, wrongful termination, discrimination (race, gender, disability, pregnancy, etc.), harassment and Family Leave. I am a member of CELA (California Employment Lawyers Association - CELA.org). I am also a member of Labor and Employment section of the California State Bar and Orange County Bar Association.
We serve clients in English and Spanish, and we believe in providing responsive service to our clients. We are able to handle large matters as well as smaller ones. As you may know, attorney fees may be recoverable when minimum wage or overtime violations are proven and this fee shifting provision often makes a claim worth pursuing. Similar fee shifting provisions may also exist in many discrimination claims.
