Paul A. Hanna is the owner of Hanna Law Office, LLC. His primary practice areas include estate planning, probate, and real estate law. Mr. Hanna received a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2014 and a LL.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning from Western New England University School of Law in 2019.
During his time at St. Mary's University, Mr. Hanna served as a staff writer for the St. Mary's Law Journal and participated in the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. He also interned for the Honorable Justice Emilio M. Garza of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hanna graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary's University and then moved to Roswell, New Mexico to commence his law practice.
Since moving to Roswell, Mr. Hanna recognized a need for estate planning attorneys with advanced tax law training in Roswell and obtained an LL.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning in 2019.
