Biography
I've lived and practiced law in Madison Wisconsin for over 30 years. I am a partner in a small firm including attorneys practicing in real estate, bankruptcy, housing, estate planning, cooperatives and tenant representation. One of our partners is a Chapter 7 Trustee. My main areas of practice are bankruptcy, foreclosure resolution through Chapter 13 and modifications, and family law. I am on the board of the Madison chapter of the National Lawyers' Guild and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

- Selected as "Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney of the Month" after winning 7th Circuit Court of Appeals case involving university's holding of student transcripts for unpaid tuition discharged in bankruptcy. University was found in contempt and ordered to pay damages and attorneys' fees. Kuehn v. Cardinal Stritch University.
