Noah M. Bean
TFLG LawI manage TFLG's real estate litigation practice, which focuses on quieting title, foreclosures, property and easement rights, title insurance claims, residential real estate transactions, and partition sales. I hold a license to practice in California, I have been admitted to practice in all of the federal courts in California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and I have prevailed in civil actions in each jurisdiction. I am the former chair of the Real Estate Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association, I am a member of the Yolo County Bar Association, I hold a real estate broker's license, and I regularly serve as an appointed trustee in non-judicial foreclosure actions. My goal is to provide aggressive, professional, comprehensive, creative and cost-effective legal solutions for property owners, investors, lienholders, landlords, property managers, homeowner associations, and commercial tenants in the greater Sacramento area.
