Communication is not good and rarely get a response I hired this firm to do an eviction for me. Their fees seemed to be lower than others I received quotes from. I had looked up reviews and seen where there was a complaint over response time. I assumed that the person was exaggerating. I am a patient guy but this is ridiculous, especially when you are losing money due to time. They were right about response time. I gave a retainer and filled out the online paperwork. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get a status. I posted messages through their website and also called a few times. Communication is terrible. They do not respond within a day or even 2. I do understand that lawyers are busy and probably have cases but a response in a day should not be that big of a deal. It is respectful and customer service. No response about if the case was filed or any ongoing updates. Unacceptable. I think this is the worse I have seen in regards to any past dealings I have had. I am attempting to get a refund and go with someone else.
