I have 30 years of experience negotiating cases on behalf of judges in the NYS court system including working in the commercial division (1994-2023). I earned an LLM in International Dispute Resolution at Fordham Law School (2022) and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (2022). In 2023, I retired as a law clerk to embark on a career in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Before becoming a full-time mediator, I trained for over 4 years, over 200 hours of training. I am certified in Florida, which required another 40-hour round of training, numerous observations of experienced mediators in the field, and criminal and personal background checks after being fingerprinted. I am also mediator qualified in the State of New Jersey,
As a full-time mediator, I mediate commercial division cases, business disputes, business divorces, real estate, personal injury, employment, and anything else I am assigned. I serve on court rosters with mandatory periods of free time and provide much pro bono work as a mediator. I bill at $400 per hour. I have done arbitration work for FINRA since 2018. I am chair-qualified and also FINRA mediation-qualified.
Married 34 years, 3 children.
