Biography

Neil Fleischer is a co-founder and partner in the Fleischer Law Firm LLC. Previously, he was a partner in t the long established law firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC and formed the Fleischer Immigration Practice Group. He has been practicing Immigration law since 2000. Neil focuses his practice on all aspects of immigration law including family immigration, fiancé visas, H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1 and P-1 visas. Neil has focused much of his time preparing PERM and national interest waivers cases for his clients which include cancer and heart researchers, architects, bankers, and world class athletes. Neil takes great pride in handling complex family based appeals, where hope of family unification seems bleak. From 2009-2015, Neil I. Fleischer was named a “Rising Star” by Law & Politics Magazine and the publishers of Cincinnati Magazine.
