Davis Law Center - Personal Injury Fighters For Justice
Neil Davis is the founder and owner of the Davis Law Center, a law firm exclusively dedicated to representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Early in his career, Neil was deeply troubled by the way that insurance companies treated injured victims after an accident. Witnessing insurance companies unfairly denying claims and treating their insureds as criminals, Neil resolved to fight for justice on behalf of injured victims. Over the past 30 years, Neil has helped countless clients recover millions of dollars in compensation to help them rebuild their lives.
Neil earned his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts and has experience handling a wide range of injury cases, including those stemming from car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, workplace incidents, and more. Neil is an active member of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ), two organizations that work tirelessly to ensure that those responsible for causing injury are held accountable and that disputes are decided by a jury of one's peers. In his free time, Neil enjoys downhill skiing, golfing, walking his dog, and spending time outdoors with his family.
If you've suffered a serious injury, it's important to work with a skilled attorney who can effectively evaluate, prepare, present, and fight to win your case. Neil prides himself on providing all of these services to his clients and would be honored to discuss your case with you.

- Q. I was wonder if I could sue for pain and suffering after an not at fault accident which I now have bad back problems?
- A: As long as your car was insured and you suffered a serious impairment of a body function in the accident, you can sue the at-fault driver for pain and suffering damages.
- Q. I got involved in a car accident and I have questions
- A: A good auto accident lawyer should be able to answer all your questions.
- Q. I bought air head bites I grab a handful and bit into a screw it broke my tooth and swelled my jaw up
- A: You need to keep the screw, the packaging and the receipt. Seek treatment and contact an attorney that knows how to handle these cases.
