Excellent Attorney Services Mr. Nathan Meloon, inherited my case from another attorney; initially, I was told Mr. Meloon would assist with the case but per the magnitude of my legal objectives - I am certain the Sr. Attorney transferred the case due to a lower fee and case load availability. Mr. Meloon handled my initial need for a "demand letter" with patience, as my legal matter revolved a difference of direction for a property between myself and my grandmother. I directed Mr. Meloon to sensitize the letter and rather than including language which reflected a demand, he agreed that the use of an appeal would be fitting under the circumstances. Such appeal was refused by the other party, at which turn I was prepared to file a suit against my grandmother for my 50% ownership of the property. But, after deep self-meditation I decided to revoke the suit and seek a negotiation with the other party. Negotiating a settlement with the other party's attorney, is actually where I began to note Mr. Meloon's expertise in not only property law, various options available to me having a judge validate my ownership in probate court; Mr. Meloon personally counselled me, replied to my emails promptly, and was very attentive to my desire to negotiate a settlement which would keep my grandmother's ownership intact, with me rendering my 50% to her. Mr. Meloon stood out during the few days of negotiating the settlement: advising me to the progression, pointing out best direction for my benefit, and defending my position when the other party's attorney suggested a direction that was not in my best interest. I would expediently utilize Mr. Meloon for any further or future RE legal claims that may arise. Although, I reside in New Jersey, he made me feel like he was handling my concerns as if I resided in Melbourne, Fla. Very content with his professionalism, patience as a counselor toward me as a client, and efficiency in replying to emails; forwarding copies of legal documents; making legal jargon easy to understand.
