Excellent Child Custody Lawyer I started out in a rough position with my custody dispute and had limited visitation with my daughter. Her mother was being difficult and trying to get full custody. Mr. Van Loon was always supportive of me during this rough time and told me all the things that I personally needed to do to make sure that I gave myself the best chance in court. He also gave me some personal advice for how to best deal with the situation in general. Nate was strategic in his approach and knew the right time to go on offense and he submitted paperwork that got me full custody. He worked with my daughter’s legs advocate to get me the best set of circumstances to offer to my ex and arranged an agreement with her lawyer outside of court to avoid trial. I am now the legal custodian and basically have full custody. Nate has been great in court and always helpful in our meetings. I would recommend him to anyone going through something similar.
