I am Chad Van Horn, Esq., a business leader in South Florida and the founding partner attorney at Van Horn Law Group, P.A. I have been a Florida State Bar-certified attorney since 2009 and began my journey in bankruptcy law as a law clerk in 2007 while attending law school at night. My strong work ethic quickly helped me make a name for myself, leading to the establishment of Van Horn Law Group, P.A. I founded my firm with the goal of better serving individuals and businesses across South Florida struggling with debt, foreclosure, and loss. My legal knowledge is not limited to bankruptcy; I am also highly proficient in various areas of law, including business and real estate transactions, commercial and real estate litigation, loan modifications, and landlord-tenant disputes.
