I have practiced law since 2010, in the areas of Criminal Law, Business Law, and Estate Planning, with an emphasis in protecting small business owners and their assets.

I studied criminology at UNLV from 1994 to 2002, thereafter I founded a detective agency in Arizona which focused primarily on criminal defense investigations involving serious felonies such as homicide, burglary, and armed robbery, and business related fraud.

As an attorney at Panagopoulos Law I routinely assist clients with their matters involving their estates including trust matters, wills, powers of attorney, structuring their businesses, and helping them implement asset protections plans that are designed to help shield certain assets from certain risks. My firm also accepts select criminal cases, and personal injury cases. As a former investigator I have a broad but solid knowledge base that allows me to deliver solid qualitative representation to my clients.
Legal Investigator
The Iris Group A Research Firm, LLC.
As a legal investigator I routinely lead investigations in three distinct areas of law. As a criminal investigator, I investigated serious felonies including Murder, Rape, Armed Robbery, Rioting, Burglary, Gang Crimes, Fraud, Arson, Aggravated Assault, and other crimes. My experience, and education allowed me to deliver exceptional results including in many cases the ability to locate and find evidence that exonerated defendants in cases I worked on. I also investigated personal injury and wrongful death cases often contributing to settlement negotiations, and case analysis. Elder abuse, and financial investigations regarding estate planning matters was a key area of my private investigation practice. My experience, and knowledge developed both as investigator and an attorney have helped me to create a solid estate planning division of Panagopoulos Law.
