For me the ultimate question is this: if a friend or family member were in trouble, would I recommend this lawyer. The answer is yes. If I had a family member in trouble and in need of a criminal defense attorney, I would recommend David Ridings. He is a true professional. He takes pride in his work. He works his cases hard and he works his cases early. Too many lawyers procrastinate. They do not begin to work on a case until the trial date is approaching. David works cases from the beginning.

Biography

David G. Ridings, Nashville DUI Attorney

Former Metro Nashville Police Officer David Ridings is simply Nashville's BEST choice for your DUI Defense.

While his practice is 100% Criminal Defense, most of that is DUI defense. And rightfully so. Nashville DUI Attorney David Ridings has experience like no other Criminal Defense Lawyer around. He has experience on every side of the criminal justice system. (i.e. Police, Prosecution, Drug Enforcement, Probation and Parole, and now... Defense). He has a long history of service in law enforcement. He has served as a police officer for over 10 years at, both, Metro Nashville and Murfreesboro City Police Departments.

After leaving the Metro Nashville Police Department, David served at the Nashville District Attorney's Office in an internship learning the inner workings of the prosecutors office. Following that, he opened his Criminal Defense practice in the heart of Nashville and uses those skills he learned as a police officer and prosecutor to defend YOU.

Since 1998 David has maintained a practice in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area which focuses exclusively on Criminal Defense and mainly DUI Law. He has successfully negotiated and/or tried hundreds of cases over the years.

He plans to take his experience full circle at some point, and run for Judge in Nashville Davidson County. And he brings this experience with him when consulting with you and defending you in court (whether that is in front of a Judge, a Jury, or simply negotiating with an assistant District Attorney). Therefore, he is able to construct a defense for you having experienced all of the tricks and strategies of the other side.

Get the representation you deserve from an attorney with the kind of experience you just can't get from a book!
