Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Hourly rates range from $295-$375/hr. Initial retainer fee generally ranges from $2,500-$10,000, depending upon the nature of case, among other factors. I also offer two informal consult packages - one for 90 minutes and one for 3 hours ($500/$1,000 respectively). This time can be used however you wish - e.g. email, telephone conference, in-person meeting. Pre-payment by credit card is required and fee is non-refundable. This is a good option for those who just want somewhat informal legal advice and or are not sure if they are ready or need to commit to formally retaining me.
