A: Maybe. Not enough facts here to answer.

A: If you pled in Arizona you need to consult with an Arizona attorney.

A: I am not clear on your question. However, if you are not allowed to get a DL in CA, UT will not give you one here. So your CA issues must be cleared before then.

A: Without looking at the affidavit in support of the warrant I would be unable to answer the question.

A: If you feel a crime has been comitted you should call the police.

A: The police or prosecutor may amend the charges at any time prior to trial. And sometimes even during trial. Call an attorney in your area to get help.
