A: Possibly. Not much info to go on here.

A: Hire someone right now.

A: You need to get an attorney ASAP. Don' go to court on a DUI without one.
Q. Do I have to accept a drug charge?
A: You should contact an attorney in the city where you were stopped to see what your options are for resolving the case in a way it won't be on your record.
Q. I have a warrant for criminal court and have to go to DCFS court, will they know about the warrant and take me to jail?
A: Probably. Best to clear the warrant ASAP.
Q. How do I prove my husband's innocence with a gun charge? His brother and I are an eye witnesses to his innocence.
A: If he is in prison he must have admitted guilt or been found guilty. You need an appellate attorney.
