State Dismisses Case: 5 Counts of Sexual Battery Allegations “. . . Therefore, the state dismisses all counts (counts 1 through 5) of this indictment . . . this court is adjourned.” These are the words I heard just yesterday morning spoken by a district judge presiding over my case. Standing beside me was my criminal attorney, Adam Banner. Behind him was the full force and staff of The Law Offices of Adam R. Banner, P.C. I can promise you this is not an advertisement; but rather, was my life...the one I chose to place in Mr. Banner’s hands. Being wrongfully accused of five (5) counts of Sexual Battery is life-altering and extremely scary.
