Founded in 1986 and based in Washington, D.C., Deutsch, Killea and Eapen, Immigration Law Firm practices 100% immigration law. Client communication is the most important cause for our attorneys, who have more than 75 combined years of experience in immigration law.

Morris Deutsch is the firm’s founding partner, with more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of immigration and nationality law, including permanent residence, temporary work permission, among others. He has assisted companies nationwide to avoid or lessen employer sanctions through his review of their immigration compliance procedures. He has served as an expert on immigration law in U.S. District Court and in bar ethics proceedings. He has published professional articles and spoken to many groups about aspects of immigration law.
