Morris Bart III

Morris Bart grew up in the greater New Orleans area. In 1975 he graduated from the University of New Orleans and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1978.
He served as President of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, was a member of the Blue Key National Honor Society, and received the American Jurisprudence award for academic excellence during his time in law school. He was officially inducted into the Louisiana Bar in 1978 and is still a member of the Louisiana Bar Association to this day. He is also a member of the Mississippi Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and has served on the Board of Governors of the Louisiana Association for Justice.
Morris Bart was a pioneer in legal industry advertising. In 1980 Mr. Bart became the first attorney in Louisiana to advertise his services as a personal injury attorney on television. He has since been the subject of many articles and stories on the subject of legal advertising. Mr. Bart's firm has grown to become one of the largest personal injury firms in the United States, with over 100 attorneys and a support staff of well over 150 employees.
Mr. Bart is also known for his philanthropic work. His primary focus is both education and hunger-relief organizations throughout the markets he serves. Mr. Bart also regularly partners with the New Orleans Pelicans basketball team and iHeart Radio to give back to his local community.
