Q. Vehicles damaged while shipping overtseas from USA. The shipper dont want to take a responsibility.
A: This not a products liability personal injury issue. I would suggest that you choose a different category to post this.
Q. What is the average settlement from a rear ended accident ? Whiplash,c4/c5 injury, back brace and physical therapy?
A: There is no "average" settlement. There are many factors that have to be evaluated in order to determine what a reasonable settlement might be in your case. These would include extent of negligence on the part of the other party, issue of any potential contributory negligence on your part, which facts might be in dispute as to what happened, how badly you're hurt, the extent and length of time you're under medical care, the amount of your medical bills, the extent of lost wages and whether they're backed up by a doctor verifying that you can't work, the nature and extent of any permanent injury, impairment, loss of earning capacity, and dozens and dozens of other possible factors that might apply. Your lawyer would be in the best position to discuss these with you, but it will probably have to wait until the investigation is complete and your medical treatment has finished.
