Michelle Silva walked beside our family with a calm professionalism. When the police showed up to our house to question our son, panic took over. Thankfully we were referred to Michelle Silva. Michelle walked with us from the first phone call, till the case was dismissed a year later. We knew that Michelle was only a text or phone call away and was right beside us when the charges were filed. She was gentle and caring with our son, answering his questions, and checking in with him every step of the way. We never expected to need the services of Michelle, but we are so glad she was there when we did.

First dui case, get a lawyer! After getting arrested for fist DUI, I was researching if an attorney would be worth it.... it is! Michelle and Team took care of all the legal matters and also helped me with DMV matters. It helps to also know the process for the DMV because that is a separate process than your legal matter, and Michelle is an expert at both. She communicated with me throughout the entire process. She set expectations on next steps for both court and DMV, and provided guidance on each step. No court appearance was needed since she was able to attend on my behalf. Thank you Michelle!

Biography

Michelle attended the University of California, San Diego and obtained her degree in Literature and Writing in 2010. In 2011 she began law school at the University of San Diego, School of Law. While there, she interned for varies offices of the San Diego County Public Defender and Alternative Public Defender Offices. She earned her JD in 2014, with a concentration in Criminal Law.

Since graduating, Michelle has been practicing criminal law throughout California. She has experience handling misdemeanor and felony cases from inception through resolution.
