Not helpful at all and took my money
Ms. Tomer was kind and professional at first to gain my retainer but after she had the money, she did absolutely nothing for me in my custody/visitation case. She allowed the other lawyer to draw up and enact a mediated agreement that I felt manipulated
into signing. She would not communicate with me regarding my case until the night before a hearing (9pm on Mother's day of all days). She did not obtain any of the files and documentation for my case herself and did not use them to help me when they were obtained and given to her by me. If you want your money taken and nothing helpful done for you, I recommend her. Maybe she should stick to real estate because she did not one thing to assist me in my case and rolled on everything I was asking for. Her style of litigation was lazy and unprofessional, not even advocating for her client. She did not assist in enforcing GAL services that were put in place but never properly utilized. She did not fight for me or lift one finger on my case. I was extremely let down because she assured me that she was going to help me.
