Mike Wallace is a south Florida personal injury attorney who represents clients that sustain injury due to the negligence of a third party. Mike currently works for The Law Offices of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A., where he is an Associate Attorney practicing in the area of Personal Injury; specifically, Auto Accidents, Premise Liability (Slip/Trip & Fall), and Wrongful Death cases.

Mike is a south Florida native, but relocated to Orlando where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2009, only to return shortly thereafter to attend St. Thomas University, School of Law. Mike graduated from St. Thomas University, School of Law, in December 2012, while holding the position of Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review. Mike earned his MBA from St. Thomas in May 2012 as part of a joint JD/MBA degree program.

Mike began his legal career while working at Card & Glenn, P.A., where he gained knowledge in the areas of wage & hour law while pursuing claims for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). Additionally, Mike pursued claims for unfair debt collection practices pursuant to the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (“FCCPA”) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”). Subsequently, Mike began working at Jaffe Glenn Law Group, P.A., where he gained further knowledge in the area of wage & hour law. Mike then shifted gears into the personal injury field and joined The Law Offices of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A., as an Associate where he gained valuable civil litigation and personal injury experience. Mr. Wallace joined the firm of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, P.A., as an Associate where he gained invaluable knowledge as a pre-suit personal injury attorney before returning to Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A.
