Michael Toback
Siegfried RiveraMichael Toback joined Siegfried Rivera as an associate in 2015. He concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium and community association law. Mr. Toback assists a broad range of community association clients with matters including the drafting and negotiation of contracts, providing opinion letters, drafting, interpreting and amending governing documents, preparing for and attending Board and owner meetings, and assisting in the recovery of delinquent assessments. Additionally, he assists the firm’s construction litigation practice group in handling construction defect cases. Since joining the firm, Mr. Toback has handled a broad range of cases both inside and outside the courtroom. Moreover, prior to joining the firm, Mr. Toback gathered additional experience handling litigious matters in courtrooms throughout the entire state.
