Michael Sacchetto
Before founding H&S, Michael Sacchetto worked for several years at one of the premier medical malpractice defense firms in the country. Mr. Sacchetto earned an excellent reputation as a remarkable litigator while defending a variety of healthcare professionals in all types of medical malpractice actions.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sacchetto earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of La Verne, graduating summa cum laude. Thereafter, Mr. Sacchetto earned his juris doctor from Southwestern Law School, in Los Angeles, California, graduating magna cum laude. While attending Southwestern, Mr. Sacchetto was a member of the Southwestern Moot Court Team and reached the semi-final round at the Cardozo/BMI Moot Court Competition in New York. Mr. Sacchetto also served as a staff member and was later elected to the board of Southwestern Law Review as a Notes and Comments Editor. Mr. Sacchetto had the honor of having his Comment, Buyer Power Abuse in the Auto-Repair Industry: Is There a Remedy?, published in the Southwestern Law Review. Mr. Sacchetto also received the Am Jur/Cali Excellence for the Future award in both legal writing and employment law, for earning the highest grade in those courses. Finally, Mr. Sacchetto also served as a full-time judicial extern to the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon, Senior Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Sacchetto is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in all California courts.
