BIOGRAPHY

MICHAEL S. MERSKY is the founder and principal of the Law Offices of MICHAEL S. MERSKY, P.A., a general practice, where he specializes in the areas civil practice, commercial law, collections and traffic citation defense.

Mr. Mersky has been an adjunct instructor at Palm Beach Community (State) College and South University. A collections specialist, Mr. Mersky was the lead instructor and an author of the curriculum for the State of Florida Recovery Agent Licensing Program.

Mr. Mersky received his B.S. in Journalism in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate in 1986 from the University of Florida. He has practiced in Palm Beach County since 1987 and is a member of the Southern District of Florida.
