Mike believes in his clients' cases to the point where I have seen him take financial risks where the benefit was on the side of the client, not his. That is the hallmark of duty and only the greatest of lawyers will let their clients win first, or even at all in the end. Mike is an august credit to the legal profession; he sets the bar extremely high for the rest of us and we do well to emulate his example.

I highly recommend Michael Walker After a personal injury at my workplace, my Worker's Comp claim denied further medical treatment for my injury. Yet, my physical back and hip condition following my fall on the ice had not healed properly. Repeated requests for continued medical care delayed and ultimately worsened my condition. For the first year, I managed...unsuccessfully, my case with WC on my own. I did not receive any further WC medical treatment for my injury. The pain, the mental worry and emotional anguish prolonged my physical and mental distress. After obtaining representation with Michael Walker as my formal attorney, things began to change. WC could not ignore me any longer. Michael guided me through the legal process step by step as I had never been involved in any legal dispute before my accident. Michael's knowledge and experience with personal injury cases resolved my problem and provided me the means for ongoing medical care. Biography

For 36 years I have limited my practice to representing injured workers and Social Security claimants. I do not represent insurance companies or the Dept of Labor & Industries. The Worker’s Compensation system can be convoluted, confusing, and technically challenging to injured workers. I am proud to say that throughout my legal career, I have been blessed to represent, hard-working, honest, and worthy individuals who have unfortunately sustained injuries that have a devastating impact on work capacity, financial status, and familial relationships. In this area of the law, I represent the underdog. I am proud to do so. I am always happy to give advice to those who are confused by the deadlines and convoluted rules that must be hurdled in the Worker’s Compensation world, even if the potential clients do not need my formal legal service.
