Disappointing service
Michael Daspit has very little concern for providing good customer service to his clients. It is very disappointing that he makes no effort to return phone calls timely and when a client or our realtor goes to his office he is always "In court" even when
the court house is closed. His staff also say that they have no way to contact him if a client needs to speak with him or get a message to him urgently. They just say, try back later or he may be in tomorrow but I don't know when he will return to the office. In our case we were selling family property and we were under contract to close the deal on the property and the time leading up to the deadline of our contract we were not able to get a return phone call. We were finally able to get a call back the day after the contract expired only to be told that he was leaving for vacation and would be away the whole next week. He knew of these deadlines and was not concerned about helping us wrap up the transaction. Sad that he is too self important to take care of his soon to be former clients. After all of our transactions were completed, we found errors made by him not listing all parcels of land being sold requiring yet another meeting to finalize paperwork. Worst of all he still hasn't delivered our money that he collected from the seller for the property that was sold, Michael keeps saying to come by the next day. Our next step is to return to his office with a police officer to demand the funds owed for the property that was sold. Very disappointing, you can do better than this if you need a family law attorney.
