Michael Dube is an experienced attorney. He is both versatile and savvy in his representation of complex commercial litigation and insurance law matters. His practice areas include personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and clinical trials litigation; first party insurance coverage disputes; antitrust matters; sports law matters; complex commercial litigation; copyright and trademark; and criminal law.
Mr. Dube received his B.S. with honors from Rutgers College in 1999. He received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2002. Following graduation, he served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Naomi G. Eichen, J.A.D.
Mr. Dube has extensive experience and expertise with appellate matters, focused on written advocacy before appellate courts. He is admitted to practice law in the Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Dube has been recognized as a Rising Star, a designation of top-rated practicing attorneys selected through extensive evaluation, in 2006, 2007, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
