Michael Alan Brodsky

An outstanding lawyer As President, and now Past President, of a non-profit organization, Save the California Delta Alliance, I have worked closely with Mr. Brodsky for ten years. He is one of the most effective and knowledgeable of the many individuals (lawyers, legislators, and others) who are working to protect Delta communities and the environment from the misguided Delta Tunnel project (aka BDCP and California WaterFix). Mr. Brodsky is usually the main voice cited by judges when ruling in our behalf. He is extremely hard working and diligent. Most importantly, Mr. Brodsky is very strategical in understanding how to present and communicate the Delta residents' most valid and important concerns.
