Biggest regret ever was hiring Melissa Waldinger If no stars was an option, I'd choose it. I also choose to warn anyone with eyeballs never to trust this lady! The most unprofessional, unethical, and downright odd experience I've ever had with an attorney. What did I get the first 5 months in??? Nothing but HER WHOLE LIFE STORY. If we had an hour call about my case...45min was spent being HER therapist and listening to HER problems!! Very comforting when your attorney constantly complains about how unfair and bogus the legal system is and she no longer can stand being an attorney. I could go on for pages. My first red flag should have been my last, but I foolishly kept hope and blew it off as her just being overwhelmed at how much information I had collected. However, 4 months later I'm still explaining who is who and correcting the same information on my case over and over. In 3 months she asked my birthday/age 4 times. Take my advice and go elsewhere before you get sucked in by everything you want to hear but end up with shoddy ineffective representation from this person who will then lie and make false accusations when you bring forth your concerns.
