Meisa Banh
Ms. Banh is the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Meisa Banh and emphasizes her practice in family and immigration law. Nominated as Pasadena Magazine’s Top Attorney in Family Law for 2012 and 2013, Ms. Banh has successfully represented hundreds of clients in all aspects of family law. Having parents that were once immigrants themselves, Ms. Banh also dedicates her practice to helping immigrants remain in the United States. Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Banh was an Associate at Ideal Legal Group, Inc. handling family law cases from its inception to its resolution. Additionally, Ms. Banh was an Associate at Levin, Margolin, and Itzkowitz, a family law firm in Beverly Hills specializing in complex family law litigation. Before practicing law, Ms. Banh had the privilege of serving as an extern for Commissioner Gretchen Taylor (Ret.), of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Family Law Division. Ms. Banh has also clerked for the A.D.I.L.A. Law Group, a complex immigration litigation firm, and the National Immigration Law Center. Ms. Banh earned her undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she was on the President and Dean’s Honor Lists, and a member of the Golden State Honor’s Society. Ms. Banh went on to receive her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. While at Southwestern, Ms. Banh was one of two recipients of the prestigious Harvey L. and Lillian Silbert Fellowship Grant, and officers of the General Relief Advocacy Project and the Asian Pacific Student Law Association. Her mission is to provide each client with close personal attention. Her extensive experience aids her in developing innovative solutions as she champions the best interests for her clients and their loved ones. ?
