Basic needs only will be represented If you are interested in the minimalist approach to being represented, then this would be a good fit. I was informed about a plea deal that was negotiated for a traffic violation but the facts of my case were unknown at the time of the negotiations. I still have never been served with a citation that was issued by a DA who never heard or knows my side of the situation. The officer on site at the accident who had first hand knowledge of both sides and parties statements and who viewed the scene of the accident spoke with me and the other driver and he did not cite me for the things this DA figured he would undermine the officer and come behind him and charge me with additional charges without going through the due process of serving me with the citation. The other driver, from California, apparently called the DA because he wasn’t satisfied with the state troopers citation to me. My legal representation was unaware of most of the important details of my case and what had actually transpired at the time of negotiating a plea bargain on my behalf. When I informed her of the rest of the details and offered to write my statement for the DA to review, nothing further or different was done and to my knowledge the DA still has never known what actually occurred. When I offered to send a letter to him myself I was not given the DA’s name and was advised by iticket.law not to do that… that my attorney would handle all correspondence to the DA. So like I said if you want only to be represented for very basic needs, I’m sure this attorney will be able to help.
