Max Zawojski is a Bankruptcy and Consumer Defense Attorney licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts of Minnesota. As an associate at Heimerl & Lammers, Max advocates for the rights of those dealing with consumer debt and consumer related issues. Consumers have rights that are often violated by creditors in their attempts to collect on debt that may not even be valid. Max can help you enforce your rights and protect you from unfair and illegal practices. If you find that your debts are no longer sustainable, Max can help you decide if personal bankruptcy is right for you.
In 2009, Max graduated from the University of Saint Thomas School of Law where he focused his studies on Consumer Law, Sales, and Contracts. Upon graduation, he was distinguished for having provided over 300 hours of volunteer service at the Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis Consumer Defense Unit. Since law school, he has been volunteering at Volunteer Lawyers Network assisting low income clients with personal bankruptcy proceedings.
In his personal time, Max enjoys fishing, gardening, and cooking. He lives in Northeast Minneapolis with his fiancée and their dog.
