Mr. Weber practices exclusively in the area of immigration law and related litigation and appeals.
He focuses his practice on deportation and removal defense, immigration litigation, immigration appeals, and other complex immigration cases. He has won numerous appeals at all levels and currently has 10 published decisions in the federal courts from appeals of decisions from the Board of Immigration Appeals, 8 of which were victories. He handles appeals from cases anywhere in the country and from all circuits including the Supreme Court.
He is a frequent speaker at immigration law conferences for the American Immigration Lawyers Association and other immigration law organizations. His topics have included from "How to Defend Marriage Fraud Accusations," "The Process and Techniques for Winning Immigration Appeals" And "How to Defend Deportation and Removal Cases."
