A Stellar Advocate for Your DUI Defense When faced with the daunting challenge of a DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired) charge, having the right legal representation can make all the difference. I’m beyond grateful to have had Matt Simone by my side throughout this journey. His exceptional legal acumen and compassionate approach transformed what could have been a deeply stressful experience into a manageable and ultimately favorable outcome. My situation was complicated by the fact that I reside in Connecticut, while the offense occurred in Saratoga Springs, New York. This geographic distance added a layer of complexity to an already intricate legal process. From the moment I reached out to Matt Simone, it was clear that his expertise was exactly what I needed. He demonstrated a profound understanding of both New York and Connecticut laws, which was crucial in addressing the unique challenges posed by my case. Matt’s took the time to thoroughly explain the charges, the legal ramifications, and the potential outcomes. His deep knowledge of DUI defense law, coupled with his experience in handling cases in New York, ensured that I was well-informed and prepared for every step of the process. Matt’s willingness to hold my hand through every step was a testament to his dedication. He was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide updates on the case’s progress. His accessibility was a lifeline, especially given the distance between my home and the court proceedings. The ultimate measure of a lawyer’s effectiveness is the outcome they achieve for their clients. In my case, Matt secured an ideal resolution to my DWAI charge. Thanks to his meticulous preparation and strategic advocacy, the outcome was far better than I could have hoped for. Matt’s adept negotiation skills and thorough understanding of the legal system played a crucial role in reaching this favorable conclusion. What truly sets Matt Simone apart from other lawyers is his unwavering commitment to his clients. He demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication, often going above and beyond what is typically expected. Whether it was coordinating with local New York authorities on my behalf or ensuring that I fully understood every aspect of the process, Matt’s efforts were nothing short of extraordinary. In addition to his professional excellence, Matt is a person of remarkable integrity. His honest and straightforward approach was refreshing, and I felt confident that he had my best interests at heart throughout the entire legal process. This trust was critical in a situation where every decision and action had significant implications. If you find yourself in need of a DUI defense lawyer, Matt Simone is the person you want by your side. His combination of legal expertise, personal dedication, and compassionate support make him an exceptional advocate. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of a top-notch DUI defense lawyer. Thank you, Matt, for your unwavering support and for achieving such an outstanding outcome on my behalf.

Matt Simone - - Premier defense attorney and human being Prior to hiring Matt, I had never been in any trouble with the law. I had no criminal record and never came close to committing any crimes in my life. I unfortunately found myself in a terrible criminal situation in late August and after being arraigned in court, we hired Matt Simone as my lawyer. After looking at my case and evidence of mental health struggles, he immediately went to work establishing a rapport with my psychologist. Although the early stages of the case were as bad as they could be, Matt never panicked and took everything in stride. Matt took a look at the human side of my offences and clearly knew that I was struggling with some mental health, of course I also took accountability for this and really put in the work with multiple mental health specialists. After a couple letters to the prosecutor, the charges I was facing were considerably lowered to a point where I didn't need to worry. While it's true many things went in my favour, Matt Simone is the engine who kept chugging and continued to fight for the most favourable outcome. As my case has concluded now and I can put this ordeal behind me, I can gladly say that Matt's persistence and willingness to fight for my life was put on display and I would SINCERELY recommend him as your attorney should you get into any trouble. It's goes a long way towards having as good a lawyer as Matt and not just in the legal sense, but in the human sense as well, he cared deeply about how my mental health treatment is and was going, and his efforts gave me the best outcome. Although I never want to be involved in the justice system ever again, I am writing to proudly recommend Matthew Simone as your lawyer.
