Horrible Workers Comp Experience- Attorney Negligent and Uncaring In over three years he accomplished nothing unless you count his failures. Failed to establish right hand injury before Board 18 months after IME report in favor of client. Failed to establish Psyche claim before Board and even forgot that he referred client to therapist in the first place- result: client lost psyche therapy treatment. After three years he failed to establish client's injury to right leg. Failed to follow up on client's former employers' fraud with Inspector General. Failed to establish clients claim for compensation and lost wages- I haven't received one penny in compensation for lost wages in the nearly FIVE years since my injury. Failed to obtain reimbursement for clients travel expenses to doctors' offices for treatment. Failed to intervene when client was forced to pay out of pocket for expenses related to treatment of work injuries. Failed to intervene when client, after returning to work, was exposed to Covid on the job and FIRED by employer. I can go on; but I think you get the point. I'm not saying this attorney is incompetent, far from it. His resume is quite impressive. In my case, he just didn't care and I have the emails to prove it. oh, and by the way, in the entire time he was allegedly representing me and in charge of my claim I never met the man in person, nor did he ever even once attend ANY of the hearings in my case.
