Not a man to try to work with Mr Potempa took 11k from me by allowing or having a junior attorney deal with my very complicated case. They had me arguing with them under a false premise the junior attorney had concluded, for almost a year and a half. Then fired me when I figured what was going on and brought it to their attention. Mr Hausman had absolutely been wrong this whole time and Mr Potempa ignored me and denied me any discussion on the matter. Mr Potempa kept trying to just ignore the fact that he and his attorney Mr Hausman have been incompetent as they can be and billing me while I have spent every spare minute trying to figure out why we couldn’t find a way to argue the truth and the laws? Now, as of yesterday he decided he could not represent me, stating that we didn’t agree on the path forward when I have been willing to settle or litigate and they’ve been pushing me to settle for way way less than is even possible given the numbers. I am now high and dry! With no representation and a trust situation that’s on a time limit.. One of the most horrible experiences of my life dealing with this man and this mess!
