Lecturer: University of Hawaii at Manoa at the William S. Richardson School of Law; 2018 - Current; Taught short courses on various civil rights topics.

Legal Director: ACLU of Hawaii; 2016 - 2021; Managed ACLU of Hawaii's impact litigation docket on a wide range of civil rights and liberties issues, including free speech, disability rights, privacy and technology, due process, and equal protection. At the ACLU, I defended and advanced the civil rights and liberties of everyone in Hawai?i, but particularly of those most marginalized by the legal system and society.

Senior Litigation Counsel: Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher; 2013 - 2016; Represents corporate, government, and individual clients in advisory, regulatory, and complex litigation matters in all phases of litigation and administrative actions.
