Worst Experience Ever Mark was unprofessional and difficult to deal with at every turn. It was next to impossible to communicate with him in any form ie., phone, email, web. I was quoted on fee and charged something entirely different. I most definitely felt I was held hostage by him...he had my retainer and I could not reach him in any way to speak to him. He filed my divorce without even having me review and look at it...and they put the wrong name for my husband.
