Mark John Gaylord

Although Mark started out on my case, on several occasions came to me with plea offers I wasn't willing to accept. From the beginning of my case, at arraignment, I had asked for discovery and never did receive from Mark. My case was dragged out for over 3 years when Mark asked the judge to assign me new counsel and quit as my public defender because he was frustrated that I wouldn't agree to a plea deal. Every time we went back to court, Mark would act as if he'd gotten a better plea offer when ,in fact, it was the same as the original offer. Other than appear in court with me, he did NOTHING on my behalf for my case.
