Marisa Schell Gregg is a partner at Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry. Ms. Gregg practices in all aspects of Real Estate Law, including comprehensive representation and counsel to individual and institutional clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Gregg has significant experience in the review and negotiation of Purchase & Sale Agreements, residential and commercial mortgage loan closings, acquisition, transfer, leasing and development of residential and commercial properties, condominium conversions, title examinations and certifications, issuance of title insurance policies, resolutions of title and boundary disputes, zoning and licensing work. Ms. Gregg also handles a variety of small business matters including assisting business owners with the creation of corporate entities and has extensive experience representing condominium developers in the creation of small and large-scale developments.
Ms. Gregg is a graduate of Boston University and a Dean's List graduate of Suffolk University Law School where she served as a research assistant in the area of mediation & alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Gregg is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association, Women's Bar Association, Business Development Committee, National Association of Professional Women and is Trustee to the Battle Road Farm Condominium Association as well as Board Member of the Cannonball Foundation.
In 2012, Ms. Gregg was named to the Massachusetts Rising Stars list by New England Super Lawyers, a distinction limited to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Massachusetts and was featured in the April 1013 Boston Magazine "The Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts" section.
