She’s is very dedicated and will fight for what’s most important to you.
Marie was my attorney during my child custody case, she was by my side through the entire case any question I had was answered with confidence quickly. When I need extra clarification she was there to help me understand each step of the way. I came out with what was best for my minor child and couldn’t be more happy with the services provided by Marie and her firm.

Marie did what no one else could have....she saved my life.
I can not review this attorney without it being personal. Marie is an excellent lawyer. She is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and she is now a friend. Marie was empathetic to my tantrums, crying fits, need to be heard, and my depression throughout a very difficult case. She never waivered. She saw it through to completion, and kept me informed the entire time. When you think things are hopeless and feel like throwing in the towela....Marie will shine like a light.

Why it is a Good Idea to Avoid Probate in Maryland
Legal Answers
51 Questions Answered
Q. I am disabled, going through a divorce. Is it possible to stay on my wife's health insurance after divorce?
A: Unfortunately, you will not be able to stay on your spouse's insurance after an absolute divorce. However, you would be able to retain your insurance under a limited divorce. Hope that helps. Good luck!!
Q. On my will, I have my 2 daughters listed as beneficiaries. I want to split everything evenly. On the line for property..
A: I give to my daughters, DAUGHTER 1 and DAUGHTER 2, in as equal shares as possible, my principal place of residence and any real property that I may... I give the balance of my personal and household effects, automobiles and other tangible personal property to my daughters, DAUGHTER 1 and DAUGHTER 2, in as equal shares as possible. To the extent possible, my Personal Representative shall make such division and distribution to said children in accordance with their wishes... I would advise having a separate section for your tangible personal property (contents of your home, your car, anything else that you can physically move). Also, I'd have an attorney look this over--it is not advisable to attempt to write your own will. The clauses above are incomplete but provides you a general sense of what you need. Additional language is necessary to protect you/your estate/assets/beneficiaries. I'm sure my colleagues have additional input that they can provide that will certainly help. Good luck to you!
Q. Whats the next step?
A: Wait for the court to contact you to set up a scheduling conference, which is a conference where you set up dates to get things done. It is advisable that you consult with an attorney to assess whether assistance of counsel is necessary.
