Marc Ledergerber is an attorney and technologist with proficiency in digital forensics and eDiscovery project management. Practical experience spans the gamut of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Knowledge of best practices for defensible handling of electronically stored information (ESI), including methods to identify, preserve, collect, process, review, and produce ESI. Practical application of relevance assessment methods that utilize predictive coding and other technology assisted review solutions for effective electronic discovery. Fact discovery accomplished through data mining, culling, concept clustering, and focused sampling. Implementation of cost-effective solutions for: • eDiscovery project management • Legal Holds • Pre-Collection Analytics • Collection and Preservation • Processing • Analysis and First-pass Review Discovery and evidence presentation experience in these practice areas: complex construction litigation, insurance recovery, intellectual property, labor and employment, and regulatory enforcement actions by FINRA and government (FDA, EPA, DOJ, SEC).
