As a trial lawyer, Marc A. Chase handles civil litigation in numerous areas of the law, with a concentration in accident, personal injury, divorce, custody, alimony, child support and related litigation. Marc followed in his brother’s and father’s footsteps, joining the firm in 1978 and working as a law clerk, then entering law school. Following graduation and admission to the bar in 1982, he became an associate, handling a full caseload and trial work. As a Certified Arbitrator, Marc has the benefit of participating in the resolution of many types of personal injury and accident cases. He gains knowledge of case and trial preparation practices, procedures and resources by his involvement with the Arbitration process. Marc also regularly attends Continuing Education Seminars in the areas of Family Law, Auto Insurance, and Personal Injury matters. Marc has been an adjunct professor of Family Law and Legal Research and Writing at Fairleigh Dickinson University since 2005.
