Simply.....Luke is prepared and prosecutes or defends his cases with better preparation than a majority of the bar. He does this while remaining cordial and assertive. He possesses that rare set of skills that makes all that work at the same time. A warrior; yet, a friend.

An excellent lawyer Although most of us never desire to need a lawyer, from time to time in our lives, it becomes necessary. Over the last year, I've needed a lawyer for two different situations that I faced in my life. Luke handled both cases for me. He is extremely competent and professional and also kept me up-to-date on any developments in my cases. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly. Recently, he needed to contact me during my work hours to expedite the conclusion of my case. Because I leave my cell phone in my purse on silent while I'm working, I did not hear his phone calls or see his email message. He called my company to reach me, and then was able to bring my case to an immediate conclusion as a result. I highly recommend Luke Durham.

Prompt Action Mr. Durham was quick to look into our case and begin proceedings. He was always prompt in responding to any emails, even on weekends, and was always patient to explain verbiage and rights. We believe that he handled our case quickly and we never felt out of the loop.

Q. Is there a Spanish Speaking Lawyer or law firm that does pro Bono work for personal injury case?
A: I would recommend that you contact your local (county) bar association who may have a lawyer referral system in place. In Knox County, Tennessee, the Knox County Bar uses the Lawyer Referral Service which matches potential clients with lawyers in the specific practice area needed. If you live in Knox County, TN, you may contact the Knox County Bar's Lawyer Referral Service at (865) 522-7501.
