Attorney Lilie A. Schoenack is an experienced prosecutor who will protect your rights and guide you through the criminal justice system. Lilie has demonstrated success in litigation and transactional work. More importantly, though, she will ensure that your needs are met and be your loyal advocate during this difficult time, so that you don't feel alone navigating through the legal system.
Lilie graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
While in law school she founded the American Constitution Society and led several other student organizations. She was a program manager for the Center for Human Rights and Genocide Studies and the editor in chief of the Journal of Law and Interdisciplinary Studies. She was also an associate editor for the North Dakota Law Review. During the summer of 2013, Lilie was an intern at the Center for Justice and Accountability in San Francisco, a human rights organization that specializes in civil litigation for atrocity victims. In 2014 Lilie clerked for a federal judge in Michigan.
