As an education attorney, my passion lies in representing students with disabilities across South Carolina. From advocating at Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to requesting special education evaluations to representing students at discipline hearings, I stand by your and your child's side every step of the way. My goal is to provide legal assistance but also to empower families with knowledge and understanding of their rights within the educational system.

My dedication to the rights of students with disabilities runs deep and is fueled by growing up with an aunt who has Down syndrome. This has taught me the importance of advocacy and support.

In addition to education law, I also represent individuals injured in car accidents and slip and fall accidents. We'll work together to hold the responsible parties accountable and secure the compensation you need to move forward.

I also offer trademark registration services to help entrepreneurs protect their brands and creative ventures. With a background in marketing, I understand the importance of safeguarding intellectual property and supporting the innovative spirit of small business owners
