Leslie Lee Robinson

Attorney Leslie Lee Robinson has more than twenty five years of experience as an attorney and litigator specializing in numerous areas of law: bankruptcy, including chapters 7, 11 and 13; family law, including divorce, child custody, marital agreements (both premarital and separation), adoption and child advocacy; corporate law, including incorporation of businesses and serving as registered agent; landlord-tenant; drafting and negotiating contracts; wills and trusts, powers of attorney, both general and specific and medical powers of attorney; and in criminal defense at the federal, state and juvenile levels. She began her law practice in and around the Charlottesville area, moving back to her home town of Norfolk in the late 1990's. Ms. Robinson has maintained her own general practice since passing the Virginia State Bar exam. She attended the Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University, and is admitted to practice law in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the federal courts of both the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Western District of Virginia.
During law school Ms. Robinson worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D. C. on the staff of Senator John Warner, and was a law clerk for the Norfolk, Virginia law firm of Crenshaw, Ware and Martin. Prior to law school she was legislative aid for Edith C. Harrison, member of the the Virginia House of Delegates. Between her time as Harrison's legislative aid and her enrollment in law school at George Mason University, Ms. Robinson worked in both residential and commercial real estate.
